The 32 Pierneef Johannesburg Railway Station panels commissioned in 1929 and completed in 1932 covering the tourist attractions of South Africa and the former territory of South-West Africa (Namibia) were originally displayed in the old Park Station concourse, Johannesburg station.
Over the past years they have been on display in Graaff-Reinet; and are now on view at the Rupert Museum in Stellentia Avenue, Stellenbosch.
